Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind
We do not generally offer refunds or returns for change of mind. However, at our sole discretion, we may consider such requests in limited circumstances. Any approved change-of-mind return must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery, and the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. If a return is approved under these conditions, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. In such cases, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. You must notify us within a reasonable timeframe, preferably within seven (7) days of receiving the product, so that we can assess the situation promptly. We may request photographic evidence or additional information to evaluate the issue before approving a return or issuing a resolution.
4. Major and Minor Issues
Under Australian Consumer Law, the type of remedy provided depends on whether the issue is considered major or minor. A major failure occurs when the product is significantly different from its description, unsafe, or unfit for its intended purpose, and in such cases, you have the right to choose between a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we may elect to repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Return Process
To request a return, you must contact us via email with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. Where applicable, you should include supporting photographs to assist with the assessment. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions if the return is approved. Items must not be sent back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.
6. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within five to ten (5–10) business days and issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Shipping Costs
In cases where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns that have been approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been misused, damaged after delivery, altered, or not handled in accordance with care instructions. Returns may also be declined if the request is made outside a reasonable timeframe or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This does not affect any rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, you should first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, you may contact us for further assistance.
